Hello, I am trying to develop a site to recruit workers (doctors, teachers, engineers, etc.) for the Middle East. **I am on a budget of $40** These are the basic criteria: * 17 pages * Static * 1 Flash on home page * Basic header on all subsequent pages * Create simple logo * I have made a layout of each page in MS Word for you to redesign. * I have all the graphics files included. * I have written the text. I have set a budget of $40 and you must not try to tack on additional fees and services as I encountered with one coder elsewhere. Please at least be able to show some of your work e.g homepage or your profile shows you completed at least 3 projects. ## Deliverables The header for the home page I will have the graphics.
