Small business website

Need an experienced website designer with existing and proof of previous work desiging small business, non-ecommerce informational websites. Website to be developed is for a new business offering educational courses in the local area. Please send me existing websites that you have developed and the coder having good experience and reasonably cheaper rates will win the bid. Cheapest bid may not win if the quality of previous work is poor. Requirements: The website to be designed will have 5-10 pages. All content and some pictures will be provided to you once you are hired. I would like at least 1 flash graphic as part of the logo which will appear on all pages. A common navigation bar for all pages. thanks, Bruce ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
