Pull Unreleased Information From Facebook Game - Repost

I am needing someone to build some form of online database that pulls information from two online Facebook games. This has previously been done for me but the developer has other work commitments and can no longer help. Other rival websites have access to this information and I've had it before so I know it can be done however it is hard to describe what skills are needed as I am unaware of what the process entails. Basically I need information pulled from the back end of these online Facebook games including Unreleased Items including there details, Quest details and future in game promotional artwork. I need to be able to update this myself at a click of a button to search for updates to the game when they are available with nothing too time consuming and complicated. The games are flash based via Facebook! All the information and images need to be stored on a private website that only I have access to which will be passworded and not ranked by google etc. The information I require is: - Unreleased Item details and images - Unreleased Quest Details - Unreleased In Game Promotional images I will go into more detail with the successful developer. I need this to be turned around rather quickly preferably within a 1-2 week period. I know this sounds complicated but I have had all of this information at my finger tips before so i know it can be done but I unfortunately have no idea how to do it but he said it was rather simple once you know how and I know other competitors have this information too which is why I need it ASAP. I cannot provide full details regarding the specific games (There are 2 of them which I'd like to be in the same database if possible but not essential) but I can to whoever applies obviously.
