Modify Flash/HTML template

I have a Flash/HTML template with sources (.fla and .psd). I need to adapt it to a company logo and colors. I'm attaching the non-editable files (.swf) and the logo in .gif format. The logo is scanned, so maybe it will be needed to be retraced, but it is a very simple logo. Also the blue in the logo is not the real one, it is a little darker. See the dot near the logo for the blue that will be used. The modifications will consist of: -Modify the colors in the flash header -Replace the picture in the flash headers and produce 5 different headers (just replacing the picture with some I will provide) -Modify the colors on the HTML/css partThank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
