Complete website

Hi All, This is for a complete website development with cms . You will have to design, (i dont have any graphics ) have a bit of flash in it. and make me 110 % satisfied. The site should be totally professional and should also look glamorous at the same time. The site should be very very strong functional wise and also powerful SEO . It should have lot of good functionality and the standard ones. you would also have to provide me with 6 months of support The content of the site will be provided to you. I am looking for a low budget, around $ 100 mark. Please post the few of the best work done by you which covers design , flash , professionalism and glamorous. I have already developed a site in joomla but dont have time to tweak it and customise it more. :)
