Hi,
We have received quite a few bids since the project has been reposted and a few not so good ones too.
Please note the following if you have bid or are bidding...
We are looking for a developer who thinks like a designer - if your design sense is poor, please do not bid or withdraw your bid
Thanks and regards

Having spoken to a number of you, it has been bought to my attention that the Website we are seeking is not a dynamic website but a static one which has some extremely limited dynamic functionality.
Furthermore, a number of you have mentioned that there is no Intranet/Extranet feature that needs to be specifically built in or for that matter can be built in.
Hence, I will be changing the bid request to reflect this change once this broadcast message has been published.
Furthermore, I have been provided cost estimates from a number of coders regarding the new requirements (I'd like to thank you all for your feedback) and hence, the maximum accepted bid value will be lowered to the appropriate amount.
I would appreciate if you all could have a look at the new requirements and the new max. bid and either revise, review or withdraw your bids accordingly.
Thank you an d regards

Hi All,
Our outlook server crashed yesterday at 6:30pm GMT and has just come back online. We only have limited bandwidth and hence, I will not be able to reply to anyone until later this evening - we are expected to be back to full functionality in about 4 hours time.
So if you have not heard from me, dont worry, you will although it will be sometime later today.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi All,
We have received a number of bids and are still evaluating their merit. We have also received bids for a content menagement system and are considering the merits of the two.
This unfortunately means that choosing a coder will be delayed. You do not need to do anything in the meanwhile.
I will get back to you with individual questions regarding the solution whilst evaluating the two options. Our IT department insists we look at content management systems as an alternative and hence, we will unfortunately, have to live with this delay.
Thanks for your patience and regards

Hi All,
As you may be aware from our recent broadcasts we are struggling deciding whether to go for the website enhancement or a complete CMS System.
Since this is delaying the project, I am also considering have a quick reformat of our current site which will only involve providing us templates of the homepage, secondary and tertiary pages along with all the css files, library items, base files, etc etc.
Since you have been involved with this project already, I'd like to invite you to bid for this project as well as it is more likely to get approved as costs and implementation are much shorter.
If you wish to bid, please see the bid request at
