Store Front - Website Design and Implementation

I will reselling Hewllet Packard computer equipment through this website. What I need is basically a much simpler version of [login to view URL], with specials on the front page and a catalog to go with it. Clients will be able to buy items right on the site, and pay with credit card through paypal. The server has MySql and PHP. Seller will have to enter abot 90 items into the catalog. I will provide a larger list like the one below, and seller will research each item and add each one to the catalog along with a picture and description retrieved from the web.
