I have a very simple online store that I run and receive payments through Paypal. Have been running it through eBay mostly and love their Selling Manager Pro, it's not snazzy but it tracks everything I need to track. I would like to get a database made up with a nice front end to track my orders and what stage they are at. If it could send out HTML formatted email messages that would be a bonus. The big thing is that it needs to be able to have orders entered into the system by importing a .csv file. I can download my orders from paypal in a .csv file so for minimum effort on my part it would be great to be able to import those orders. Everything is fairly flexible. Doesn't have to be super pretty but well laid out, logical and easy to use is a must. Am willing to consider most bids as long as they are reasonable. Cost is an issue but if it's the difference between a working solution and one that doesn't, we can talk :-)

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
I run windows XP at home. Can basically run on whatever database as long as it's not too obscure, i.e. if you are uncontactable I need to be able to get someone else to work on it to fix what I need. Wouldn't mind a browser based interface for it either, I used Firefox.
