iPhone App - RSS Feed, Calendar, Forum

I am looking to develop an iPhone application that takes information from a website (which also needs some development to work in this context) and presents it on the iPhone in a structured manner. Information includes: RSS feed of articles. RSS feed may also include links to podcasts or video. Would need to understand how to convert various video formats to H.264. Forums. Ability to create and read forum entries from the iPhone for a forum on the web. Forum does not exist yet and would also need to be set up. Organization Calendar. Retrieve an organization calendar (to also be setup) and show it on the iPhone. Potentially sync with iCal as well. Member Search. Take a database of members and use the iPhone's location awareness to find members close by. I envison each of these functions being a "tab" within the application.
