Improve Comment Display & Functionality In PHP Nuke Module

I have a weird links site at lifewithouttv.com. It is run on PHP Nuke 6.5 What I would like is for the link comments to be improved. - They should provide the same functions and look as my forum comments do. - They provide the option to attach a survey. - They should allow the user to vote -like what is found in the standard news module. The code should be commented VERY WELL and intergrated into the existing links module found on the main page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
