eBay Access to API Integration

We have an access database and can develop the front end screens for input.... we need a programmer to work with us to take the data we input, and using eBay API, upload it to their system with a few conditions. In our Database we would "check" yes/no boxes to define if it was a daily listing, monthly listing, or special listing, and the script would check all records in the table and idenitfy any records meeting the "Daily" check box without a current ebay auction number hence would upload to ebay, then come back an update our table with the auction number. Finally, when the auctions close it will go out and update our tables with the closing information such as name,address,final selling price etc.... We just need the API piece, then as a bonus, we will probably want to continue to work with the programmers if we are please to then link our online store and auction tables together so when we enter an auction, it also places that date into our on-line store.... PLEASE don't even bother bidding if you don't respond to ALL emailes within 24 hours.... We are not unrealistic people, and are I.T. people by trade.... We WILL NOT do business with people and companies that take days and weeks to respond to email... Hence, we will award this bid with the next 24 hours! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Access 2003 DB IIS Server 6.0 Server 2003 (We Own Servers) We Use Ironspeed Designer for DB Application and IIS Integration...
