I will provide you with the company names and web site as well as the scenario/story that you will call in with. For example, I will send the winning bidder a description of who you will be, why you are looking for proposals, how many employees, computers, servers, etc. need to be under the contract). You responsibility for this project will be to call the U.S. based companies and solicit proposals and any other documentation they provide based on the scenario. This may require several phone and email comunnications with the company sales reps in order to gain this information. For that reason, you must speak English fluently. **Before choosing the winning bidder, I will require we have a live phone converation via Skype to test your skills.** Please include the cost of phone calls in your project bid. I estimate 15-45 minutes of phone time per company for a total of 1.5-3 hours of total talk time. 1) Complete managed service proposals proposal as specififed in project description. 2) Associated supporting documentation acquired as your work toward proposal (sales collateral, white papers, etc.) 3. Final deliverable will be well organized with each companies materials in a separate folder and then zipped up. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This project does not require a platform so this section is not applicable.
