518308 Delphi or PHP Application to process .csv file

I need a delphi programmer that and write a quick application for me. I have a .csv file that is generated from an Excel Spreadsheet that contains our entire product list and pricing that we use for our various online catalogues. I need an application that will reading in this data and generate three (3) .csv files that we can then import into a 3rd party application for generating our catalogs. Application will require a simple interface that 1) Allow you to browse for the required input file) and 2) Three (3) tick boxes to specify which of the outfile files are to be generated. The application should right to an ini file the paths and filename of the last input and outfile files (the outfile files will need _<date> added after then name) ie [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] After selecting the input file, the outfiles to generate you would either select Convert or Close. On completion of the project we will require the .exe and source code and retain all rights to the finish application. Required ASAP.
