Needed: Improvements to my website design

Hi, For this project I need some design tweaks made to a website project I'm creating. I have already created a rough design in Fireworks and would like to keep the theme similar to how it is now, but I think it could be more user friendly and visually pleasing (for example, a sliding gallery on the landing page, improve the bland search result page, etc). I'm working with a developer who is creating all of the back end/Drupal functionality of the site, so I won't need any coding done, but I just want to improve on the design elements that are already there. There are 7 pages to the site, but each page should be easy for an experienced designer to make a bit neater, and a few of them will be nearly identical to each other. I would like to use a lot of negative space. Here are a couple examples of (much more complex) sites that master this: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . A simple, slick design that is easy to navigate is what I'm trying to create. I made a rough Youtube video for the site also: [login to view URL] . In this flash video I use small pictogram people as examples. If possible, I would like a few small images/graphics of small black and white "pictogram people" used in the design, possibly a few as buttons (see [login to view URL] image). That request isn't mandatory or required, but I would offer a bonus if this is done nicely.
