translate words to Japanese, create .mp3 files

This project is to translate about 1000 English words to Japanese, and create audio MP3 files of the Japanese words. I've attached 4 "sample" audio files that were created for English and Spanish, so that you can get a general idea of the type of thing I'm looking for (of course, you will need to create approx 950 files). The MP3 audio files should be fairly loud, and very CLEAR. In other words, you should speak the word as if you are speaking to someone who is newly learning Japanese. You do not have to create duplicate files for uppercase/lowercase letters, unless there is an audible difference between uppercase/lowercase letters in the Japanese language (this is why there are fewer MP3 files than there are words). The deliverables for this project will be: 1) A new "[url removed, login to view]" file, with Japanese words instead of Spanish words (use "wordJapanese" and "voiceJapanese" instead of "wordSpanish" and "voiceSpanish" columns). 2) About 950 MP3 files, representing each of the MP3 files for the Japanese language. You must prefix the file names like: {language}_{word}.mp3 (like [url removed, login to view]). You should eliminate any diaretic symbols (accents, etc.) from the .mp3 file names. NOTE: Please use {language}_{english word}.mp3 instead of {language}_{Japanese word}.mp3 since my application does not support Japanese characters in file names. However, the translations in the [url removed, login to view] file obviously should be valid Japanese. VERY IMPORTANT: The mp3 file names MUST EXACTLY MATCH the file names from [url removed, login to view]! This is how my software program locates the correct MP3 file for a particular Japanese word. These MP3 files, and the translated data, will be used in a "Learn Japanese Vocabulary" software product for kids aged 3 - 8 years, which my company sells. Please save the [url removed, login to view] file using UTF-8 (Unicode) encoding.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
