Company directory descriptions and help file editing

I have two projects and am seeking a bid for a total of 40 hours of effort to address the needs outlined below. You can bid on one or both projects, just indicate in your response.
Project 1:
- Starts with a large set (approx 400) of company websites with existing data such as website URL and meta-descriptions.
- Spend a few hours surveying these sites to get a feel for the market
- Organize the spreadsheet into first, second and third priority for writing descriptions
- I will help you develop the criteria for organizing into the prioritization categories
- Visit each site briefly; if it is of good quality, write a unique company description using the existing meta-descriptions and additional information summarized from the site.
- Classify the site under one or more subject areas
- Submit the Excel file & updated descriptions for my quality review
- Add the sites and descriptions to our web directory
- Email the site contact info letting them know they have been added (can be done in bulk)
==> At least 30 hours of work is available. Please bid for this amount of work, my goal is to achieve over 150 descriptions in this time frame.
==> An additional project of the same amount may be awarded for continuing work.
Project 2:
- Using Robohelp or similar editor to edit an existing help file
- Bidder must provide help editing software; we don't own a copy
- Replace all occurences of one word with another word
- Replace one graphic with another graphic
- Review our application and look for areas that are not addressed in the help file
- Adjust the help file to reflect these new topics (the help file is outdated compared to the help file).
==> Bid for 10 hours of effort.
==> An additional project may be awarded to convert the help file into a Word format "Getting Started" guide.
## Deliverables
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
