adult video search engine - management

We own a very popular adult video search engine and would love to have some one / team to manage the entire system. We need someone who has 1. very very good knowledge of Regular expressions 2. Decent experience in the Cakephp 3. Idea of how Sphinx works or some basics. 4. handle large mysql databases 5. be comfortable working with adult project. This will be an ongoing project and we will need several tweaks /features over the time. As of now we need someone to add/manage the Ads in the site and also to fix some thumbnail issues/ remove unwanted results and overall optimize the site. We wont honor the bids that doesn't prove the expertize .
