Scripting engine changes

We need the following modifications made to our proprietary scripting engine called BSE:

1. Ability to create forms, fields, buttons (and other UI objects), and process events for them. Currently, BSE has no UI support.

2. Ability to web host any UI object (as described in item 1) . This would involve creating a handler for multiple requests and converting UI code to HTML. There is already an OpenHTTPConnection() and ReadHTTPConnection() functions. We just need a server version to compliment them.

3. Ability to create server sockets (UDP and TCP) that listen for connections. This would involve creating a handler for multiple requests. There is already an OpenInternetPort(), SendInternetPort(), and ReceiveInternetPort() functions. We just need a server version to compliment them.

4. Update database access. Currently, BSE only supports ODBC.

5. Complete Dialogic support. Currently, BSE only supports the entire Rhetorex API and only a subset of the Dialogic API.

6. SIP support - SIP proxy, translation from SIP to TDM. This needs further definition.

7. Support of ActiveX, COM, or some other interoperable object type. Currently, BSE has no support for external objects.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
