LTI has a small line of equipment (less than 100 items) that we use for oil field operations. A short list includes work vehicles, drilling units, hoses, nozzles, filters, and additional downhole equipment and parts/subcomponents. We will be purchasing our parts and equipment from a number of vendors and suppliers. This equipment will need to be entered into a master database and several reports will need to be run on the equipment and parts on an as needed basis. We also have partners will be purchasing all the necessary parts and equipment through us at cost plus 10%. We will need the ability to make Purchase Orders on the “fly?? and would like to give our partners the ability to order any parts/equipment remotely possibly through a web-based interface. Each part/subcomponent of our lateral jet drilling system will be reworked/rebuilt on an as needed basis and we will need to keep track of where each part is in the process as well as out in the field. The equipment such as drilling units and company vehicles will also need to be tracked on a daily basis as well as the History and Maintenance. We will have equipment moving from location to location in various parts of the country. Therefore a project scheduling module will need to be designed along with reporting features. Some of the additional features (future) of the application will be to give our field operations the ability to enter in a daily progress report into a PDA or similar device that is wireless enabled. This data will be sent to the database and reports can be performed to track the progress. If problems are encountered, the system will send us an alert or if additional equipment is needed on location we can be notified in a timely manner. Some of these features may be designed and added as we grow and are not necessities at this time. Unless the costs can be justified. The company will be continuously be manufacturing/ordering parts and subcomponents and equipment through several manufacturers/vendors and suppliers. We will need to keep track of each individual item. All these modules will need to be intertwined and will feed eachother information that way all data can be consistent. Purchase Orders will need to be generated on sometimes a daily basis according to the amount of field activities we have entered into our project schedule. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. 45 days of free support and a discount on future additional development work to increase application functionality. ## Platform
We are flexible on the language used to write the application but we want to keep our costs to a minimum. We are currently running 5 desktop machines with 98 and plan to upgrade to 2000 soon. We would like the application to have a custom "look" according to our corporate image. We currently have 4 employees and will grow at a rate of 10-20 per year. We would like to give specific employees access to the application for data entry and additional responsibilities.

Must be completed within 60 days preferably but will allow a total time to implement of 90 days.
