dll for sending and receiving internet informatio (http, https)

Please see the attached file for additional details on the project. This project involves creating a dll using either Delphi or C++ for sending and receiving information from webpages. Also need just a simple vb application to show the different functions being used. I can provide a webpage to test with for the part of submitting forms if needed or even webpages to test for the tables part. Let me know if you have any other questions.

## Deliverables

1. the compiled dll and the source code for the dll (must be COM enabled)

2. the source code only for the sample vb application to show all the functions working.

3. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
