Customize gizmoproject VOIP software

Hello, I am interested in having someone customize (also known as co-brand) the software from [url removed, login to view] for my new website. PLEASE RESEARCH THIS TO SEE IF YOU CAN DO IT BEFORE BIDDING ON THE PROJECT. There are three versions needed, but each bid is for ONE version. This way, if a developer specializes in one OS, they can bid on JUST that version. If you want to bid on TWO or THREE you will need to submit TWO or THREE bids, and specify which OS each bid is for. The different OS platforms needed are: WINDOWS LINUX MACINTOSH The SDK files are available for each OS are located at: [url removed, login to view] I am attaching the SDK files to this message for you. From what I can tell the programming must in done in the C language, but IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT. The developer's forum is here: [url removed, login to view] so make sure you have all technical questions answered BEFORE bidding so we don't have to waste each other's time! I am willing to make any graphics necessary, I just need you to tell me what to make. I simply want this program to be customized to match my website. The software must FIRST be tested by you before submitting it to me, and then I will test it once I get it. It must work flawless so that it is suitable to distribute to clients. As I am not a programmer, and I understand that there will be limitations to the possibilities of customization, and it will be YOUR JOB to clearly explain these possibilities to me. For example, if you bid on the project without researching it, and it turns out that you are unable to add a logo to the program, the project will be canceled. I reserve the right to have to program customized to the extent of the customization possibilities. Thanks, and I hope to see 1-3 bids from each programmer!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
