social networking/video sharing website ## Deliverables | To design and develop a social networking, studio-like, video sharing web site that contains 1) featured videos and presentations (similar to [login to view URL]) 2) user-generated uploadable videos (similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) and has all the features of [login to view URL], such as "most rated", "most viewed", "flagging", "sharing", "most recent", search options, etc. We also have to be able to censor and monitor all uploaded videos 3) a discussion, message board along side the featured videos and presentations 4) an "Ask the Expert Section" with live chat with experts and live web cam with experts options 5) a top banner ad section and right banner ad section with an ad administrator and comprehensive reporting components and zones (we will also need to be trained on utilizing the administrator). The web site should have web analytics installed and a 15 day period of testing/training to assure that everything is understood by us and working properly. To cut costs considerably, an off the shelf like to Clip-Share can be used as a Youtube clone. However full accountability, tracking, and insurance must be given that there are no bugs, errors, or potential problems so that there is quality assurance. In reference to the message board, a program like PHPBB may be used. In reference to the chat with the expert and chat via webcam component, a service such as Chatblazer may be used. However, it is the duty of the programmer/designer to insure that these programs are compatible, bug-free, effective and will work. In order to bid for this project you must have experience with designing and implementing video sharing websites and you must have experience with programs such as clipshare or clipbucket and take responsibility for the outcome of these programs.
