I will buy your applications (business and entertainment)

I developed certain tools and would like to add additional modules to them. I am looking for applications that you have not marketed in North America or that you do not want to work with anymore (they have to be at least 80% developed). I am only interested in .NET, Flash or JavaScript based applications, not open source or modifications of those. You must be the owner of the application and own all the rights and source code. The type of applications I am looking for would be best suited to be integrated into CRM or CMS system but let me know if you also have some cool Flash tools. Some examples are listed below: CRM (sales force, time kipping, notes, calendar, scheduling, event booking, call logging, help desk, etc) CMS (web based editors, spelling tools, image browsing, etc) Presentation and Conference based tools (similar to webex / breeze, screen sharing) -this can be also in Java or Flash Tracking (tagged based with graphing) Document management solutions Knowledgebase applications Workflow Database (for MS SQL server) Wap / Wireless / Hand Held / PDA Flash Apps (video editing, image tools, communication based apps) Flash Games Please provide demo, sample screenshots, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
