We are a webhosting company that offers shared hosting, e-commerce hosting, reseller hosting as well as dedicated VPS, Dedicated servers and colocation services. We have the objective to address services to small and medium companies from managed to unmanaged services. Currently, We need to create our website 1 - The website must be minimalist style but beautiful and unique. Navigation must be quick and easy. It must have a corporate look. 2 - The website must be designed to be search engine friendly using as much css as possible to avoid images. A meta tag must be present on every page and so on. 3 - Site must be easy to update as the content will be dynamic. 4 - Dynamic content can be code with PHP or ASP (would prefer ASP). 5 - We require access to all sources files at the moment of payment. This include photoshop source file, code source file, and all other data created or used in this project. All data must be provided in a clear and structured format easily readable and easily manageable. The layout has already been made and we have a concise idea of how the navigation will be. All the sections are decided as well as the content written. If you are a CMS EXPERT. we might consider using a CMS. but you will have to be able to modify the source of the CMS and code additional modules or remove/modify certain functions. You have to be able in the future to support and or expend features of the website as we prefer to use the same coder. We are friendly and easy to work with. Regards, Jean-Michel. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website will run under Windows environment. The website must be compatible with all browser as well as their most used versions. - IE (all version from XP to now) - Firefox - Opera - Etc.
