Site reworked

I have a Joomla CMS site I need several things done this is a greeting card site. Work to be Done A new shopping cart installed and setup using Pay Pal and Google Check Out as payment options that can be chosen by the customer. I now have virtual mart and it seems not to be very flexible. The registration doesn’t seem to be working properly and the form needs to be updated to include the “state”. This form is use when customers register to make a purchase. Customer maybe having a hard time placing orders-they are getting an error messages when trying to register to place an order. So orders may not be coming in. I need some additional choice fields to be added when checking out. I need fields to indicate the following information. Greeting Card Post Card Poster Calendar Box of 12 Box of 24 I also need to be able to add additional fields in the future. I need to be able to easily change the prices in each field. I also have community builder and I need all components and modules associate with community builder working properly. So I need it checked and updated. Need experience with shopping cart installation and joomla site development.
