Rating/Flash Gaming site.

We are creating a flash gaming site that has tons of flash games that can be played right on our website their will be screen shots of the games and a userbase signup and the ability to post comments. We are also looking for an experienced asp.net coder who is familiar with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to code all of the functions/sections ## Deliverables - You will base your design/layout from the PSD file(s) (Adobe Photoshop file) that is/are attached. The PSD (Adobe Photoshop file) and Flash file(s) will be provided to you once the bid is accepted. - Unless stated otherwise, the design/layout should _look exactly like the PSD file(s)_, which will be sent to you once the bid is accepted. For your viewing, there is a rough draft of the PSD(s) attached to this project. - You will build a rating system, commenting (comment system) on games system, search system, and a private mail system for users. In addition, you will be creating an admin panel and a discussion forum(s). - You will build a **signup page** wherein the user(s) will be able to signup. This sign up page will include an anti-robot script such as verification code type, in image. In addition, a custom welcome e-mail/message, which will include the user's username and password, will be generated upon completion of the user's sign up. - Building the admin portion, which includes adding/deleting/editing game titles, description, screenshots, also adding a function that allows you to resize the display of the flash game thats being played and a function that allows you to add the filename of the game. Editing and deleting users. - Each individual page must be at least 70k or less. - All the games that are to be displayed must be coded to automatically resize proportionately. This is required so that the game do not look awkward or odd. There is currently 700+ flash games on the site that you will need to resize properly. - Laying out all the pages in the template plus the new ones you design. - All pages must use proper design techniques, resulting in semantically correct markup, and styled using CSS. This entails the developer to handcode the markup and styles as no application (ie Dreamweaver/Frontpage) will generate semantic markup. **Do not place a bid if you are unfamiliar with semantic HTML and CSS as this project will be difficult for you to complete if you are just beginning. An experienced web developer will be reviewing the code and ensuring it is done correctly.** This would mean a tableless CSS layout where all markup is styled through via the styelsheet. A common stylesheet should be used and seperate styelsheets for each section and page to make for easy editing and smaller load times per page. -Daily communication via RAC is required. - Any fixes or edits we request/require should be implemented within 48 hours of the initial request. - All pages must also validate using W3C validators and be cross browser compatible (need to work in IE 5.5+, Opera 7+, Safari, FF 1.0+ on both Windows/Linux/Unix) - All beta testing and demos of the site will be done on my dedicated server. - You must setup the dedicated server I provide to be fully functional with the website that you create including the mailing system and automatic e-mail features. - Migrate the existing access database which stores information about the games into Microsoft SQL 2005 - All work is not deemed complete until I say it is complete. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
