Plug & Play Internet Camera

I want to achieve the following: 1.? ? ? The User comes to my site ([login to view URL]) and registers themselves. 2.? ? ? The user buys a camera. 3.? ? ? The user plugs and hooks the camera to any room he wants to view, without any technical knowledge required. 4.? ? ? The user can anytime goto [[login to view URL]][1] and view the camera live by logging into his a/c.? He should be able to do the same from any browser and any common handheld devices like Iphone, Blackberry etc. that support a browser. 5.? ? ? If the user wants to store the recordings, he can do that. I want the whole site in ASP.Net/PHP and I am open to any 3rd party tool/api which can help us or can be integrated into the? application.
