Requied a DVD Online Rental Store built on ASP.NET 2.0 with backend code in C# or VB.Net The job spec include: - programming - wedsite design - implementation - UAT The project should have the following KEY requirements: - Layout and design (such as browse, search, new listing, DVD voting, etc) based on the [login to view URL] model User Interface - New member sign up - Free trial period for new user - Recurring charge at the end of the month - Auto sending out of invoice to the client at the end of the month - SSL when user sign up Administrator Interface - Full SSL connection - Cancel client subscription - Upload DVD title (able to include the qty of disc) - Edit content on front page such as News, Announcement etc (like a CMS) - List User account (must be able to list users who sign up from a period of date, so as to track new users) - List out a list of movie and which client the DVD should be send to (this is be base on a special algorithm so that the DVD will be distrubted as even to as many users as possible. Algrothim will be provided but I am open for suggestion) - Send out monthly newsletter base on a standard template. ADmin must to able to add feature movie on the newsletter And any other standard feature that will make this system complete. The dvd rental does not include purchase, thus there are NO shopping cart. How the process work is that user will sign up and pay for either a monthly, six month or yearly subscription. Then he will choose the DVDs and add it to his DVD queue. He can choose up to as many movies as he want and he MUST BE ABLE to change the order of the DVD he would like to receive. Admin will then sent out the DVDs to them (3 DVD at any one time). That is why we need a special module where the system will generate out a list of who shall each DVD sent to. We are working on the algrothim to ensure even distribution. We will also required standard documentation at the end of the project.
