ASP integration

Hi I need to integrate a news? portal to my existing portal. Due to a delay in business reqts we are forced to shift to a new module which you maybe capable of doing . We think that this new task is of the same size of effort - infact maybe easier to do since it will be a new asp/ xml app developed from the start. The app is a auto-recruiter which needs to be done using asp. This will automate the emailing and reply collection part that recruiters do manually on a campaign. For every campaign (name, title, id, name of client) it will read a text file of emails of possible applicants for a job( 1 email per line), and send a message to all the emails in the file. The recepient, if keen, will reply back by clicking to a url. Auto recruiter will track which email id a click has come from. A excel file with the emails of the people showing interest will be generated. It will then create a lo gin id and pwd for the person to take up a online test. It will take the results of the online test (name, email id, score-in-test, login id, date of test) and email it to a client. Once this is done the status of the campaign will be set to closed.
