59029 Flxible Interview Script

I need to collect a lot of complex data for an interview/survey script. I need to be able to define questions, answers, answer types (text, combo box, options, etc) and I need to be able to define question order, question dependancies (answer yes to question three, get a different question four) and so on. I have found SEVERAL open source quiz generators, survey generators and so on that are close, but lack in some area. I need to discuss this with the developers who are bidding via provate message board, as a converstaion would be a faster way to convey the details of this project as there are many details and typing them all out here would take some time. If you have experience writing data gathering projects lets just chat about it, and come to a conclusion to which you can bid. For an example of an ALMOST perfect program, which could possibly be used as a baseline with some tweaking, checkout this one I found on [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] - The problem with this script is that it is designed to be anonymous for the survey respondee, and I need very definate multi level access to the surveys where I track an individuals responses, store them, and later allow that same user to return and edit their stored data. The over all point of this project is to collect some 1500 odd fields of data on a user in an interview, use that data to complete legal forms used by attorneys in a methodology similar to that of turbotax or any wizard interview driven data collection tool, I need very user friendly data and survey question management and I need to be able to easily produce more than 100 templated data reports (paper forms) off the resulting collected data. Its for a law office, and there is more work behind this for the right coder who knows the following techologies fluently... HTML, PHP, MYSQL, XML, XSDL, JAVASCRIPT and other handy things like the Smarty PHP Template engine, and AoDB database interfaces. Please open a message board if you are capable and interested. This is not a 30 dollar job or is a 3000 dollar one, but it will be fairly compensated, and I have multiple existing clients with other work standing by.
