Need Website and Andiord applciation

We are looking for a people who are expert in website and android application development. we have details outline what is needed. We will send details to shortlisted programmer. We would like to have a permanent association as we do have multiple projects form our own sources. Need a some expert and good programmers to work with us permanently.
