Poll module

It's a poll (vote) module, using its users as part of a web-seminar on Web browser to participate in poll and to see graphically results after its completion. ******************************************************* *Technical Features* - php/html, MySQL, jquery, ajax - Requirements Client: . Desktop OS from OS X 10.5 / WinXP . Webbrowser from FF 3.6, IE 7, Safari 4 - language - german (must can be easily translated) - Requirements Server: . PHP 5.3.3 . MySQL 5.1.63 * Features* - A poll contains a question and two or more answers - single-select (radiobutton) or multiple-select (checkboxes) - Each poll can be used separately (id?) - User can poll each question only once (IP/Cookie) - There is possible, there is any polls simultaneously and/or in different states - The poll can be created / edited /showed independed from each other (id?) - Poll can have a timer/countdown, that defines duration / end time of poll. *Poll states* - invisible: user see nothing; Admin cat edit/manipulate - open: user can poll; admin can manipulate - closed: user sees a polling result, admin can edit/manipulate *Admin actions* - Create/edit polls: # Question # (number) answer # Type of answer {single-select, multi-select} # Result type on the chart {percental, numbers} # fill initial results - manipulate: edit result manualy - change state: each state to each other - live-view: see the result as chart (absolutely & percently), not depending on state *User actions* - participate in poll: read a question, choose answer(s), send - see poll result: graphical representation of the result *Integration* module will be integrated in existing website (ajax). Representation is automatic and state-dependent. *Question representation* - CSS, without images - Issue of remaining time (if setted) *presentation of results* - CSS Charts, without images - values percently or absolutely (as admin setted) - If possible answer text below each row, possibly by legend. Otherwise A, B, C, ... *Example* Admin created Poll 1 State = invisible, text "currently not available" State = open: Poll 1 is visible [Website connects to poll 1] Clicking the Send: "Thank you for participating, result is displayed automatically upon poll completion" State = closed: Result chart 1 is loaded / displayed. Admin created (in the same time?) poll 2, pre-filled with results State = invisible State = closed [Website connects to poll 2] State = closed: Result Chart 2 is loaded / displayed.
