Write some script for Adobe Photoshop 2015 for file saving

I want to script which can perform these task in Adobe Photoshop
1. Brows and select a folder which have the files.
2. open file one by one and wait for user input.
3. user will create 2 images from the open file manually
4. The 2 new created Images will be saved as BMP and the filename will be opened filename + LT and second as filename+RT
5. open all Images will be closed without saving.
6. next image will be open and done same procedure till end of the files.
