I think I'm good at the specific medium you are looking for (which is Facebook Stories) and I have very good experience with Adobe After Effects which is what most people use to make this sort of thing, and also experience with Adobe Photoshop, which will also count greatly. I also am not looking for a huge sum of money, and I have plenty of time in my hands and will complete the task as soon as required.
