Wall paint touch up

Apartment paint touch up needed by someone with fine strokes and a sense of artistry. Seeking hourly and daily rates. Looking to avoid painting entire apartment. But will attempt to match paint color. It's never exact. Will need someone to use fine small brush to touch up marks and approach job with an artists eye. Goal is neat and clean feeling, even if paint touch up might be a little off. Walls are large areas, so end effect must still be comfortable. Need artist painters who are looking for a few hours to a few days of solid touch up, blending, a little maintenance (cleaning of areas if you need to dust area before touch up). The apartments may be a little dirty (but will have cleaners come in first. But These apartments will be like a little art project when done. And so seeking some workers with same sensibility. Artist/painter should be independent contractor with own business cards, etc as there is no workers comp. Looking for independents who have their own business and want some work starting in one month. There will be multiple units coming up from 1-4 months from now. Must not spill paint or be sloppy. Must have eye for detail and balance. Must take pride in outcome of job as this will be someone's home. Apartments are in hawthorne, CA. Please submit hourly/daily rates. I will provide all materials. You will have to come in your own work clothes. High school, college artists ok.
