Photo & Video Project

The Tennessee Disability Coalition, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is in need of photograph/videography help. With programs, policy, and purpose, the Tenessee Disability Coalition tireless advocates for the fair and equal access of Tennesseans with disabiltites. We're working on a photography/videography project (specs attached), and I'd love to see if you'd be interested in participating, and receive a quote for your services. Essentially, we're looking for two final deliverables: 1. Photo/video shoots of five Tennessee families impacted by disability. Shoots will include photos, the capture of B-roll, and video of answers to testimonial questions. Retouching of final photos will be done by you. Video editing will be done by another party. Please reference the composition examples document attached to this email for your reference. The assets secured in these five shoots will be used in a redesign of the Coalition's website, print and digital marketing and collateral materials, and future video projects. 2. Photo/video profile of child affected with a special healthcare need. This is more of a soup-to-nuts project in which you would be responsible for capturing and editing photos and video of said child and their family to ultimately tell their story, and the need for a policy change in Tennessee. We will provide full artistic direction, shot lists, and any necessary scripts. You are welcome to quote the project with and without video editing if you are not comfortable and/or do not have the bandwidth to create and edit full videos.
