looking for Game designer (2D minigames)

Hi, we are looking for a game designer who can create/edit/animate art for minigames that we create. Your primary role will be to create a storyboard (which directs the flow of the game) from text instructions as well as to create an art build. Builds are basically all the game art exported at correct dimensions along with any mockups required for the developer. 90% of the raw assets will be provided, however sometimes youu will have to draw/create your own and edit existing ones, so photoshop skills will be biggest requirement. Requirements: 1) Photoshop Skills (the better you are in this the more likely we can work long term as this is the biggest primary requirement) 2) Ability to speak english 3) Good availability 4) Fast Turnaround (deadlines are usually very tight) 5) Person who is dedicated to your work quality 6) Being able to animate in Spriter or Spine is a bonus.
