THIS WILL BE AN ONGOING LONG-TERM JOB, APPROXIMATELY 10 HOURS PER WEEK TO START. We are a very busy boutique real estate firm located in Miami, FL (US). We are in need of an experienced Marketing Assistant / Assistant Designer to execute to assist with a number of Marketing tasks including but not limited to: 1. Postcards and Fliers - Image, text and minor layout changes from existing templates, getting print estimates from printers and getting them the right files for print production 2. E-mail fliers - Image, text and minor layout changes from existing templates. Preparation of email-ready images, adding e-mail ready images to mailchimp email templates 3. Craigslist Ad preparation and uploading 4. Powerpoint Ad preparation 5. Editing and uploading of images and already-prepared content to our website 6. Managing basic content on our website, in coordination with our writers This will be approximately 10-20 hours of work per week. Requirements: -3+ years of marketing assistant experience, including print and web -Very good at speaking and understanding English, we will be having verbal conversations at least once a week. And -Strong independent worker with confidence to get things done with minimal oversight -Willingness to always be learning and growing -Must be generally available and flexible to get both regular, repeat work and also occasional surprise jobs or changes that required 24-48 hour turnaround for example, Monday through Friday. - Must be accessible for questions at least half of our working hours/workday. - Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - MUST BE DETAIL-ORIENTED!!
