It's my father's 50th birthday on July 29th. We have booked a small venue at a nearby hotel (in Borehamwood) to celebrate. It's going to be roughly 50 people attending. Given the special occasion, we were hoping to capture the moment with the help of a photographer/videographer. We're not looking for anything too special - just some beautiful snaps of the party and perhaps a short video (the latter is less important).
