We would like someone to convert our designs to HTML and then integrate the HTML into phone gap to make it a multiple platform application. We have a calculator and lead form in this app. For the calculator we will provide the calculations and for the form it will be emailed and we would also like a web hook so that we can feed the data to our third part lead generate application.
