We are a wholesale company and we are looking for a customer service representative to pick up incoming phone calls from customers to answer questions about orders, we have a general FAQ for you to answer, to track customer orders, and help out customers with general questions they might have about our products or their orders they have placed online. this person will work directly with me to get started. the hours are pacific coast time zone. this person will be answering about 8-10 calls per day.

Hi there, I found this Job compatible to my Profile. Have done US accent training in a reputed company before working as a support executive so fluency is good. I am working in PST and it not about incoming calls only I can even generate leads for you if you have data. 8 - 10 calls cannot cover the time so meanwhile if there would be any other work I will do.
