I would like to have a ColdFusion CFC file created that would have functions for communicating with the PayPal Payments Pro API. The subcontractor would be required to create a CFM webpage that would communicate with the CFC. The subcontractor would be required to create a CFM page for payment management. I should be able to see all payments that have been made by various users and I should have the ability to refund a payment that has been made. Please create two milestones - one for the CFC and one for the other pages. Note that I must be 100% satisfied with the deliverables before releasing milestones. The subcontractor will receive some code that my company wrote and the subcontractor must adhere to code spacing that we use. I should be able to easily read the code that is written. You may look at examples on the web but nothing should be taken from other sources. Inspirational use only. Note that when the user makes a payment, that user should stay on my website and never be redirected to PayPal. Thanks!
