I have gone through your project description and have the required skills for the job. I started dabbling in Odoo five years ago in 2013. Since then, I have worked in Odoo Enterprise and Community Editions and aced Odoo 8, Odoo 9, Odoo 10 and now Odoo 11. I have good base of Python, Java, C, MongoDB and XML. To start the migration the first thing to migrate is the module base_geoengine. And to test it base_geoengine_demo should be done too as it can be used for testing purpose. we have 7 year experience in Odoo System.
