Experienced .NET Developer (Freelancer)

We are a company (based in Spain), developing a new and innovative web site dedicated to the second home owners around the world. We are seeking a hands-on .NET freelancer, responsible for developing our .NET Web applications. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into high quality technical designs, database structures and working applications. Further you will be responsible for integrating and testing moderate to complex .NET Web applications such as Salesforce and Zoura, ensuring that all technical components are usable, reliable, scalable, extensible, interoperable and reusable. Role/responsibilities - Partner with project manager - Code, test, debug and support .NET applications - Work in or develop service-oriented architectures - Write T-SQL queries, store procedures, script and troubleshoot - Develop Web services - Use Object Oriented Design - Utilize best practices of Systems Development Life Cycle Skills Must have Portal and Implementation background. Need extensive expertise designing and building web interfaces leveraging the latest Microsoft technology. - Computer science or related technical degree required - Relevant professional experience - Comprehensive knowledge of HTML with JavaScript - Experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005 - Working knowledge Microsoft Visual Studio .NET - Knowledge of XML and Web services development - Experience in C# a plus - English written and verbal skills Expected work duration 2-3 months. Work to start within the next 2 weeks.
