We have a running billing project in Delphi - Oracle - MySql - API - Crystal reports. Needs to convert the Delphi part into ASP.NET C# MVC, by keeping Oracle and Crystal reports as it is. Additional tables or stored procedures can be created if required. The developer must have through understanding and experience in Oracle database and stored procedures, Crystal reports, ASP.NET C# MVC, API and Delphi to understand the existing software and to convert it. We will provide the Delphi source code, oracle database dmp file and reports. There are 3 source codes; 1- Billing part(main), 2- Receipt payment, 3 - .NET application to update the balance to a server. It is a telephone billing software and there is a process in the Delphi source code that downloads the user call details, generate the bill out of it by calculating with paid amount, outstanding amount and VAT (tax). Most of the functionalities are in Oracle stored procedure rest will be in Delphi. When some client makes a payment, the balance need to be updated to oracle and also to the Server (MySql / API).
