Xamarin App to Communicate with a Bluetooth Device

We are looking for a developer to write a Xamarin app (for Android and iOS). The app will communicate with a Bluetooth Low-Energy device. The phone connects up to 3 Bluetooth devices at the same time. The phone will take turn to read data (a few bytes) from each device and/or write data to each device if needed. When the app goes to the background, the app disconnects from the devices. When it is open, it attempts to reconnect. If the device is powered down or the phone moves away out of range, the app still monitors periodically waiting for the device to power up or come back to range again. We want to start the project immediately. The first phase is to have a reliable communication/connection between the phone and the devices. Don't need to complete the all interface and screens. After the communication/connection is working fine and tested, the 2nd phase is to complete the interface. We have more Bluetooth project similar to this.
