Write an Android application

1) A simple mobile app for Android, apple and windows phone 2) What you do on the App can also been done on the website of the application 3) A user can create account with his picture, username, email, birthday, password and first name and surname or with his facebook or linkedin account 4) Normal password reset procedures with email account follows, user can also close account 5) A user is allowed to upload 4 pictures maximum daily 6) All users are first created as private which means only their FANS can see their pictures 7) To be a public user the user must click on an "apply button", a system administrator will approve it or disapprove it 8) once a user logs into the app, he sees all the public users on his page, he will have three menu options displayed at the top, FANS, HOME, SETTINGS FANS menu: you can see all your fans by picture, search for any users by username in the system and make them your fans by clicking a FANS buttons HOME menu; Where you can see your pictures you have loaded SETTINGS menu: where you can change your password and picture please let me know if this is possible? regards Peter Okoh
