Write an Android application

I want to build an hybrid app and administration back - end, in a framework that can run in multiple brand devices. The idea of the app is soccer oriented. An app where you can invite friends, create groups and create soccer matches. these can be recurrent or not. Every user will be treated as a player, where he/she can view and have his/her profile, with features like number of games played, prefered position, lefty or right leg kicker. Have a drag and drop funtionality to emulate a soccer field where the app suggest you the position of each player accordingly to their position. We thought of the functionality of payment plataform to pay for the use of the field. Algo, the point of the app is where there are already enough players, star to make tournaments and sell that to the courts. The courts will have to be able to create the tournament in the app and invite the teams in the app. The players can create team from previously create groups or just by selecting their integrants. That will be the first phase. I attach two documents (in Spanish) that we have been working on. The first one is the initial scope, and the other one is all the ideas that will need to be develop around the business.
