This app provides the ability to rank the tattoo art works created by its subscribers or members. A subscriber’s tattoo art work/image is compared or judged against another subscriber’s tattoo art work on a 1:1 basis, where the act of judging is performed by a different subscriber. Therefore, any valid subscriber may act as a “judge” for any pair of subscribers’ works on a 1:1 basis. A single source file of this app shall be executable in both iPhone and Android OS environments. Therefore, this app shall be designed to be mobile web first and then convert it to a hybrid app. No native java app! The app shall be initially written in languages such as HTML5, Javascript, Jquery Mobile, and Bootstrap for mobile environment, after which by using the conversion tools such as Phonegap, the final app shall be created. This app shall be created by using open source based CMS server, such as WordPress. MySQL shall be the operating DB. Operating Server shall be CENTOS 6 OS. AWS (Amazon EC2) management server information shall be provided upon contract signing. The image uploading function shall provide editing capabilities for properly positioning the image into a given area. For example, an image of size 1920 X 1080 shall be editable to fit into a frame size of 600 X 600. That is, the uploaded image shall be editable to be loaded at the center of the frame for proper display. This capability shall be created using open source JavaScript. (As a reference, the image uploading operation and method shall be comparable to the method and operation that are used in Facebook image uploading.) PSD files are ready now. So no PSD design job is required.
