Swift Xcode Money management app for IOS iphone basic nothing complicated

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. I need a Money management app with these features: Functional requirements  User can view all transactions made in the past or present  User gets Monthly statements of all transactions  User can display expenses, income, preliminary balance  User can create and display budgets  User can create a savings pot  User can add and then manage subscriptions 2.2 Non-Functional requirements The following are the non-functional requirements the application will consist of in the final piece:  User will be able to create their very own unique 4-digit passcode to access the app.  Error management – User will be notified if there are any errors whilst they’re using the application or if they make an error.  Splash screen for user friendliness and run the data in the background.  All statements will be displayed on user account. The app would have features that would allow the user to view all transaction made by the user which would include the amount, time, date, location. Moreover, the user gets monthly statements consisting their transactions which they will be able to access within the app. The statements would consist of name, address, account number, transaction amount, time, date, location and their balance for the end of the month. Users will also be able to display expenses, income, balance. There will be a list of categories the user can access to display features. All expenses such as monthly bills, clothing, eating out etc. Income display would be another feature for the user to be able to check all of their incomes from investment or job. Also balance of account can be displayed which would consist of their overall balance. User can create and display budgets. User would be able to access essential features for a budget app for instance creating a savings pot. Users are able to create a savings pot which they set a goal for and thereafter can enter the amount they have put into the savings pot. A subscriptions category will be available for the user which they have the ability to add a new subscription and then manage their subscriptions whether they choose to remove or add a subscription is up to the user. This feature will also allow the user to input the amount of money they pay for the subscription and what date the money will be transacted. Users will all be required to create 4-digit passcode and enter their name for security reasons which thereafter they have access to the application. Error notifications will pop up if the user makes an error using the app. There will be a splash screen with just the logo of the app for a professional look also the data of the user will be running in the background whilst the splash screen is up. User will only be able to access their statements within the app, there will be a statements category where all past statements will be kept and ready to view by the user also new statements will appear each month on the top of the list.
